Confident Beginner

This course runs over two sessions, three hours each  session.

Participants should be confident beginners, i.e. know how to use your

machine confidently.

​

Learn how to cut and read a pattern and then go on to sew your

skirt. Fabric to complete your skirt is provided.

​

You will need to bring the following with you:

​

• Sewing Machine

• Scissors or rotary cutter. (If using a rotary cutter you must also bring along a cutting mat.)

• Pins

• Marking Pen or Pencil

• Tape measure

What you will learn:

• How to choose which size

• How to cut our your pattern

• Marking out your fabric

• Sewing together your skirt 

• ​

The course group will not exceed 6 people.
