When are my items dispatched? 

Orders received before 4pm from Monday to Friday will be dispatched the next day.  This excludes Bank Holidays when orders will be dispatched two days after the Bank Holiday. 

All products displayed on the website are available while stocks last. Every effort is made to reflect the product colours as accurately as possible but differences in monitor displays and resolutions mean that we are unable to guarantee exact colour matches.

Do you quarantee stock availability and colour?

Our smallest quantity is 0.5 meters.  Depending on availability some fabric can be sold as fat quarters.  Please request these via our email online form. Don't forget to check our Fat Quarter section to see if there is something appropriate in this section.

What is the smallest quantity of fabric sold on your website?

Your privacy is important to us. We keep your personal details secure and will never pass them on to anyone else. We also do not store your credit card information after your order has been processed.

What happens to my personal information?

All prices on the website are in UK/British Pounds Sterling and include VAT at the current rate where applicable. We accept PayPal payment and the following credit/debit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express. If you are ordering from outside the UK, your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency at the time the order is processed and the exchange rate will be shown on your credit card statement.

What are my payment options?

We do everything we can to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase.  Please note that fabrics, once cut from the bolt cannot be returned. For all other products if you are not pleased contact us within 14 days of the sale date to arrange to return the item for exchange or refund. The item must  be returned in the original condition with a covering note. Certain items, such as specially ordered items cannot be refunded or exchanged.  If you are posting goods to us for exchange or refund, please obtain a proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged or lost in the post. Please note we do not refund postage costs and refunds for items returned will be minus the postage costs. Your statutory rights are not affected in any way.

Are my payments safe?

Online orders are transmitted over secure internet connections and all sensitive data is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information after your order has been processed. You should receive an email acknowledgement of your order within a few minutes of placing it. If you don’t receive an email acknowledgement it may be because the email address supplied is invalid. It is also worth checking your spam or junk folder. Please contact us if you are concerned that we may not have received the order.
